Do I need all five products?
No. Start with the Gentle Cleansing Gel and one serum. The routine is designed to be built rather than bought at once.
Which serum should I start with?
If you want one, the Retinol and Peptide Face Serum is the evening active and the most established place to begin. The Vitamin Glow Serum is its morning counterpart. The Dark Spot Serum layers into either.
Morning or night?
Vitamin Glow Serum is morning. Retinol and Peptide is night. The Gentle Cleansing Gel and Skin Firming Cream are both. The Dark Spot Serum fits either.
Is any of this suitable for sensitive skin?
The Dark Spot Serum is formulated for sensitive skin — it leaves out the typical brightening acids and includes soothing extracts like sea fennel and calendula. For the other four, no sensitive-skin claim is made either way. As with any new product, patch test first.
Which products are fragrance free?
The Vitamin Glow Serum and the Dark Spot Serum have no added fragrance.
I have a nut allergy. Is anything a problem?
Yes — the Skin Firming Cream contains almond oil, a tree nut. Avoid that product. The other four don't contain tree nut ingredients, but read the full ingredient list on each page if you have allergies.
I've never used retinol. How do I start?
Most people begin two or three nights a week and build up. Some initial dryness or flaking is normal. Always use sunscreen the following morning.
Can I use the Retinol serum while pregnant?
Consult your physician before use. That guidance is on the product label and we won't advise beyond it.
How long until I see something?
These work as part of a regular routine rather than overnight. Give any of them consistent daily use over several weeks.
What's the LED mask I keep seeing mentioned?
An LED light therapy mask that will sit inside the evening routine. It isn't available yet. When it launches, the routine stays the same — the mask goes onto clean, dry skin before your serums.
Where do you ship?
Within the contiguous United States, free on every order. We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
What if I don't like it?
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are personal-care items, opened products can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
